📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your package’s journey.

⏳ Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

• Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 extra (if applicable)

If your pincode is not serviceable, our support team will inform you immediately.

🔁 Undelivered / RTO Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
